The following 5 units (20 beds) still need to undergo renovations at the property: Units 504, 801, 901, 903, and 905. 

Recent renovations also included upgrades to the amenities throughout the property including a state-of-the-art fitness center, a printing center and business center, a resident lounge, and a resort-style pool. The complex also offers tennis courts, volleyball courts, and basketball courts and is pet friendly and offers an outdoor pet, play area. Georgia Southern University has seen enrollment growth in recent years and is predicting that this trend will continue through 2025, at minimum. The Vault student housing complex offers the potential to own a stable, student housing property adjacent to an excellent higher education institution.
